Please allow 10-30 days after placing order to process, package, and ship to your address. If you have not received your ordered items within 30 days please email us at customerservice@grabbaggear.com. 

We are not responsible for any damages that occur through the shipping process, and would advise you to contact the delivering company in regards to lost, stolen, or damaged items.
